Pretty sure they touched on all the Hollywood bomb tropes. The color-coded wires. The accelerated countdown. The presence of a timer to let you know when it will explode. The overly elaborate anti-tampering. Good thing people don't make bombs like this in real life.

Isn't that Booth's second gunshot wound in like 72 hours. Why is this guy not wearing a bullet-poof vest??

Dang, that's some hardcore hatred right there. I was just upset at the Naruto ninja magic BS that they put in there. Still it had the original 80s ninja icon Sho Kosugi.

One of the things that distracts my analytical mind is that a briefcase full of pennies must weigh a ton. If each penny weighs 2.5 grams and that briefcase can hold at least 2 gallons of pennies (I'm lowballing it) with a gallon of pennies weighing around 40 pounds then he is lugging around 80 pounds or more. Penny

…aaaand precisely why couldn't Tommy go back to save Hiro? Just teleport in and out in a jiffy. What was Hiro even staying behind for? Tommy can teleport them pretty far away from Harris so it's not like Hiro was stalling Harris while they got away.

That's why Kring needs to stay away from convoluted time travel stories. They get extremely complicated for the best of writers let alone hacks.

I can understand Erica wanting to have a contingency to survive the solar event but why does she need to kill/prevent the only two evos who could stop it from happening. Why is she wasting resources on that rather than focusing on her contingency. I would like to know the reasoning behind that rather than she is

I wonder what she would think if she found out Lucious killed her father. Bit of a hothead that one.

Yeah I caught that while watching Talking Dead although Hardwick was referencing the terrapin Enid ate a few weeks ago.

…fewer?

So how did you feel when Kirk was made a captain of the flagship straight out of the academy (ignoring the fact that the original Enterprise was never the flagship). That made no sense whatsoever.

Maybe the Eastman name is a reference to Eastman & Laird the creators of TMNT what with all the bo fighting and martial arts. Although John Carroll Lynch looks more like Peter Laird than Kevin Eastman.

John Carroll Lynch said he only had 5 days training in real life and his character was most likely not an expert anyway.

Someone on another forum described his "friendly tone" as Bokeem doing a Dave Chappelle impression of Dave doing his white guy voice.

Commented on this inconsistency further down the chain. Glad to see I'm not the only one that thought this.

Although I enjoyed this episode I'm a little confused at how they portrayed some of Simmons' initial PTSD in previous episodes. Particularly her sleeping with a weapon and waking up suddenly (nightmare?) soon after returning to Earth. It was almost as if she was being constantly stalked the entire 6 months and in fear

Noted. I only watched a few episodes of Superman:TAS here and there. I was more into Batman:TAS.

I was thinking of Supergirl's original origin on Argo City which was blown into space when Krypton exploded. The non-relatives I was thinking of were Matrix and Linda Danvers. DC really confuses things with their multi-verses, crises and reboots.

Star Trek Continues is the fan-made webisodes done by fans who work in Hollywood (probably D-listers). It is done in the same style as ST:TOS and continues where that series left off. It's very well done and mostly indistinguishable from TOS in style. Most episodes have at least one pseudo-famous person making a
