Yeah, ok, I get this. The format of the Gawker family of blogs is to throw it all up on the wall and see what sticks. They vary rarely get an expert (or someone who knows what they’re talking about) because those people are expensive usually. And their “fact checking” doesn’t exist.

I’m betting that part of Columbia’s defense will be that he did it, so she’ll be called as a witness in any case. I don’t think he gets to dodge questions of whether or not he did it just by not naming her as a defendant.
