Even though this is replying to former-Jalop, I’d have to say the fatal flaw in your design is the air intakes on the rear fenders - those would have to be moved higher up on the car, otherwise water will flow into the engine bay and cabin (since the heaters pull air from the fan that’s on the other end of those air
