The front-end is indeed rather bland-ugly, but that rear is quite the looker, in its own simplistic way.
Now this is one band I would never expect to see over here! Had to double check. ! I guess weird cars aren't the only weird things jalops love.

This. I currently own a late '01 Renault Clio dci 65hp. Weight distribution is like 100-0%, which makes it rather fun on the corners. It's very cheap to run.
