From the videos I’ve seen, one of the biggest issues for me personally is the lack of dynamic backgrounds. Even in Smash 64 Nintendo usually had some kind of motion in the background and Wii U had very dynamic settings, even in Omega Mode. However, the backgrounds here are just static and boring.

Not exactly the best take-away...
