“Honestly you shouldn’t finance a car at all, or any depreciating asset. In my book the only thing worth taking on debt for is a house, because that will at least appreciate over the long-term.”

Not only is that not an accurate analogy, it’s not even a valid analogy. A child is not blamed because they aren’t expected to be able to make well educated decisions in circumstances like that. If an adult was lured into a van with candy, I would really have a tendency to put at least some of the blame in their…
Exactly how much money qualifies as “too much money”?
I guess if you think it’s worth a lot more than it costs you could consider it a... steal.
It’s nice to know that you personally know all the people in the entire south in order to be knowledgeable enough to justify making that statement... or was it just an asinine off the cuff attempt at a slam?

“If you don’t have a job at all, you’re likely less concerned with whether the Dow is at 21,000 or 25,000 than when you’ll get your next paycheck.”
‘“Real car” here means an automobile that is being mass produced on a consistent basis.’
Wouldn’t you top those off with a pair of bull balls hanging from the trailer hitch (where not prohibited by law)?
Nope, the worst drivers are in Naples, Italy. I do, however, remember driving down the interstate in San Diego in the mid ‘80s. It started raining and people were stopping in the middle of the interstate.

What is a grit?
And it will do wonders for your clothing (which gets more apparent when you get out of the car) and the upholstery (especially if the weather is below freezing and your car is not parked in a heated garage).
Oh come on! I have a trailer at least that big that I’ve towed through over half of the U.S., every province and every territory in Canada that you can drive to behind my Honda Goldwing. (There are no roads to Nunavut.) They’re worries about a car?
Exactly! The TSA is supposed to be ensuring transportation safety, not drug enforcement. They can find fake money and fake drugs, but they can’t find fake bombs or fake weapons. They need to stay in their own lane or transfer over to the DEA. If what they find isn’t a danger to transportation safety, let them go on…
“It does have a black body.”
That reminds me of all the people I’ve heard refer to the real thing a an “amblance”.
If Alexa is so smart, why can’t it play music in multi-room mode AND remain connected to a Bluetooth device?
