I’ve watched a family friend essentially ruin himself (Crohn’s Disease) by refusing to give up smoking. His surgeries all become high risk, and he always has severe complications…

Yea I kinda just stumbled into the whole I do not have to actually eat 3 meals day thing.

Now that do Intermittent Fasting, I consider 3 meals a day as an exhorbitant amount of food! With Diabetes, I d be dead by now if I ate 3 times a day. I eat 2 times/day. Once in a while I eat once a day and feel fantastic!
