What do you mean there’s no way to put it in park without turning the car off? At least on the 3rd gen (which I have) there is a Park button right by the shifter. Also when you turn the car off it will put itself in Park automatically. Do people really forget to turn their car off when parking?

That will be completely up to game developer still. Some more recent games will show either or, depending on whats hooked up.
