really? because i'm not in on the joke. and also, these silicon valley "in" jokes aren't working for me.

those words meant nothing to me
hahaha whining is in the eye of the beholder
I didn't say I had to like characters to think a show to be good. I thought I was pretty clear — my main dislike about the show is the socio-economics of Silicon Valley. All that VC money poured into the Bay Area has made living in San Francisco so expensive.
Oh shit, is this going to be some "I earn 200K on Wall St and after paying for a three bedroom apartment in Upper East Side (thanks Britta), having a nanny and maid, paying the lease on my luxury car, paying private school tuition for my kids, and a heavy coke habit for me, my wife, and mistress that I'm basically…
If this was any other show and it was about Wall St or military private contractors or whatever, I'll probably still have have an initial dislike for the characters but these guys are too close for comfort. Sure, they may be social nerds which plays on our sympathy or they might have a shred of integrity like the lead…
I haven't read any of the comments yet but goddamn, Cinemax need to bring this show back.
SO YOU'RE SAYING DICAPRIO WAS AWAKE ALL THIS TIME!!
I say this as a fan of the show…but what was the overarching point of this season? I thought the same thing last episode and it seemed like this entire season was meandering and aimless.
Goddamn. Taking a look at that screenshot, I'm glad I stopped watching after Season Eight when I went away for college.
Aww…next week is the series finale? I'm only on Season 3, Episode 17. Better binge hard this weekend.
I agree. Too many characters made it difficult for any character to gain plot momentum and that's too bad.
Okay, we get it, you don't like affirmative action. She'll do fine at her job..
Shit, your reply got my likes than my original comment. Hmm…how would Marnie deal with this…
To be honest, I think father-daughter/mother-son dances at weddings are creepy. What's the point?
Has she learned something though?
Emma "almost has too much chemistry dancing with her dad Charming, who’s her age."
When Hannah smiled as she re-read her acceptance letter at the end of the finale and the camera started a pan out, I thought I could have easily been watching a show about a psychopath.
Somewhere, Terry Gross is plotting her revenge…
Points!
