I think you’d be surprised. Top level climbers can surely make use of smaller holds, particularly with climbing shoes. I don’t see oragatans pulling on holds the width of a couple quarters, using footholds the width of a dime, or getting through delicate slab moves; but don’t doubt that orgatans have better endurance…
