In their defense the perks and stats weren’t made available until the faction rally officially began and most people didn’t bother inspecting the weapon before pledging. Others like me had 3 characters, 1 in each faction so I didn’t do much to help or hinder lol

Uh speaking from the US where I believe the vast majority of release week players are buying digital in order to have quicker access, do physical sales really give a good bar of a player base? Not sure if they do. What I read and what worked for me was buy the random legendary gun mods and hope for it. Break down any unnecessary legendaries you have for more mod components to buy more legendary ones.
