Funny you should bring this up, because this is actually a list of 26 shows. There are two #19's.

I think most people would say that this was a great show for the first 3 seasons, then took a dive after that. For me the drop-off was after season 5. I don’t recommend watching past that, but the first 3-5 seasons are worth it.
