We’ll get that reveal next week.

Call me Donkey Dad.

I absolutely loved the misdirection of the “How are we ever going to make it in time?!” trope. I’m glad they squashed that before it started.

My critique makes perfect sense; you just disagree with it and that should be fine. Just because you don’t agree doesn’t make it a valid critique. The story of how the Antichrist arrived? We saw that 7 years ago in season 1. He ended the world? We saw that in Episode 1.

It sounds like that even if you’ve seen the series in its entirety. This show is wonky.

Macaulay Culken recently claimed that he was giving out handfuls of shredded cheese and Lactaid pills to Trick or Treaters this year.

Seemed to me like they tried to shoehorn Mac into Dennis’s role in this episode and it simply doesn’t work. It’s too out of character for Mac. It reminded me of when The Office tried to write Andy Bernard as Michael Scott in the late seasons.

I initially thought Tosh.0 was mediocre and only funny because of the video clips. Then I watched Ridiculousness and it made Daniel Tosh look like a genius by comparison.

Wasn’t it established that Tobias is Mr. F, not Rita?

Or a table with a wobbly chair.

The problem is that the story-line that many viewers care about is set post-apocalypse, and that story hasn’t progressed now for four straight episodes. The past four episodes have been fine, but since they’re a prequel to the post-apocalyptic timeline, they’re not adding much to the narrative. We already know that

it’s not Jay or anyone else in the immediate family that bites the dust”

They were always destined for extinction.

I thought Hereditary was a fantastic movie. But only for half of the movie. It lost me pretty quickly in the middle and I was laughing by the end.

I guess I didn’t realize the prince kissed her at her funeral.

Ah yes, we’ve all kissed a dead person at one time or another in our lives.

I think there was no mention because that clip wasn’t from The Mick. It’s Sweet Dee from the episode “Who Pooped The Bed?”. Dee steals some shoes and tries to escape, but trips on her way out.

From the short clip we got, I thought Glenn was a very believable Jerry.

I’ve read that he also regretted referring to Carmen as “The Tranny”. I’m certain that’s the same reasoning as to why they bleeped the other one here.

I loved when Haley yelled at her parents to stop meddling in her life, and then immediately asked for their help. Well written, acted, and executed. More of this and less cheesy puns, Modern Family.
