Weak horns. My 1969 Mustang has 2 trumpets and gets your attention. Today's cars are super sound-shielded and have horns that say "um, excuse me sir".

I had to outrun one in 1998 on a straight stretch of I-55. thankfully I was in a 95 Impala SS. we were in the middle of the open nowhere and no cover in sight. Thankfully it really didn't get close enough to be super scary.
