First of all the email was sent to HIM and he has a right to publish anything he wants that was sent to directly to him. There is nothing wrong with publishing a work contact information. That is not personal. It’s work and typically available in a company directory. Work contact information is not top secret.
There doesn’t *need* to be two-party consent to disclose the content of an email - emails aren’t secretly recorded conversations.
Humans? This was Texas. Home of the inhuman impotent revenge fantasy and prioritizing football loyalties above all else.
As you mention, the Swiss Guard was often hired as mercenaries by other countries. There is an incredibly beautiful and moving memorial in Lucerne, Switzerland depicting a lion with a thorn in its side, that commemorates the Swiss Guards who fell protecting the Tuileries Palace in France during the French Revolution.
If they are actual diplomats, they’d be displaying the State Department issued diplomatic plates. Plus, just because you have a diplomatic passport does automatically grant you diplomatic privileges. You have to be an actual diplomat assigned to the mission in the US. These guys just seem to be exceptionally wealthy…
The rub is that “full” diplomatic immunity is only issued to those official diplomats who are assigned to the embassy (Which is in DC). It is more likely this person had consular immunity which would only cover him/her during official duties. I am fairly certain speeding in a residential zone would not fall in that…
I’m not one of those women who believe rape victims are at fault because they dressed too provocatively or misled some randy guy into thinking it was his lucky night.
WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCKING SHIT
My friend’s fiancé was once like ‘Hohoho, if you rape a prostitute, is it rape or shoplifting, hohoho’ and I practically shouted ‘It’s rape, sex with someone who does not or cannot consent is rape, please stop talking immediately’.
This woman is a fucking monster and I’m glad she’s fired. That is all.
“One play after the umpire was struck, a personal foul was called on Moreno for hitting the Marble Falls quarterback, who had taken a knee to run out the clock. Moreno was assessed a 15-yard penalty but was not ejected.”
My favorite part of this story is the part where Huckabee has absolutely no motherfucking idea who Dred Scott was.
I spent a year in Korea and it was the easiest tour I ever did. I can’t wait till we reach peak Nationalism and we start doing surprise reunions after a two month TDY to Florida.
You can’t send classified info over the non-classified networks. This has been the case forever. The email server, while increasingly risky as we understand more in the digital age isn’t toooo terrible of a problem. But if she knowingly (or neglectfully) sent classified info over a very insecure network, that’s a…
We don’t have unelected groups of men in rural areas sentencing children to rape. Signed an American.
Wow, way to miss the points completely, and completely disregard how fucked up “the case” above is.
America has zero rapes happening as punishment for law breaking. It is in fact against the law to rape. I know India is not the worst place in the world, and all the American Indians I’ve met have been great. But come the fuck on, no way that is comparable at all.
it’s natural to want to defend your country but publicly sanctioned punishment rapes might not be the best hill to die on...
The worst part is, them existing in the lowest caste means theres almost a 100% chance they’ve already been raped and exploited dozens of times.
“The sisters weren’t convicted of any crimes, rather their sentence was punishment for their brother’s elopement.”
