Yes, it’s all the Germans fault, and has nothing to do with the Rav4, and so many other CUVs and SUVs, having a high center of gravity and relatively narrow wheelbase, so it’s necessary to stiffen the suspension to keep it from rolling over like the Suzuki Samurai or the original Ford Explorer, etc.
