Well said. I would argue that even the concept of taking voting rights away from people who have been convicted but served time is nonsense. I can understand maybe doing it while the person is currently in prison, but once the person is freed? It is nonsensical to continue to deprive them of voting rights.

Agreed. Children of Hurin has a conflict between Morgoth and Hurin where the battle is all about the power of Hurin’s will and Mogoth’s desire to break it. When Morogth can’t metaphysically break Hurin, Morgoth curses Hurin and his bloodline and dooms Hurin to watch his family be destroyed. 

The Silmarillion is heavily edited by Christopher Tolkien with actual full stories. It is a collection of myths, like an anthology of Greek mythology, but they are coherent and complete. It isn’t even comparable to The Unfinished Tales.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Sandman got canceled. The cinematography was gorgeous but the end product was really mixed. A lot of the story and many of the characters were really flat.

Bioshock Infinite had a lot of problems, not the least of which was the shallowness of the character and story.

Agreed. If anything Bioshock 2 is the best of the three games. Both its story and characters are better developed than in either 1 or Infinite.

Rand was barely a philosopher and the game barely engages with Rand’s philosophy, Objectivism. 

Hopefully we get the real JSA back, not the crappy rebooted versions they’ve created since the New 52.
