I don’t expect CT to EVER come to production if I’m being honest.

Why are there harbor freight multimeters mounted to the dash? I NEED TO KNOW MORE
There’s a speedbump on my street that is downright ridiculous. Almost every car bottoms out on the thing because unless you go MUCH slower than the posted speed, you’re going to bottom out. I complained to the city a few times and they have said they’ll think about adding it to the list of things to “look at”
I know…
I really dislike the look of this Ranger, I think the current one is a much better looking truck. There are a bunch of features that are conspicuously missing on the current ranger though that can be seen on these like
-heated steering wheel
-cooled seats
-360 cameras
-some sort of step system to get into the bed
-wireles…
Just make sure you carry a few fire extinguishers, they like to spontaneously combust.
You can’t buy what they won’t build.
It’s a very meh sedan. That’s what’s ‘wrong’ with it. It just can’t live up to the name they’ve slapped on it.
The integra was not. It’s the same thing as the new Blazer, which is a perfectly acceptable crossover, it just can’t live up to the name.
Don’t level 3 systems still require a human to be able to take control at a moment’s notice? If the system says “YOU NEED TO DRIVE NOW” you have to be able to take over. You can take your eyes off the road, but if the system needs you, you still have to be ready to respond.
What you’re describing as the jump to level…
It’s a bit maddening they won’t bring it to the US. I understand not wanting to bring over the diesel in it, but they could put in the 2.7L V6 out of the Edge ST. If you want to go really crazy it’s been shown that the Coyote actually fits VERY well in the Ranger’s engine bay. Now, THAT would be something.
The issue isn’t the cars, it’s that right now Tesla has the only viable charging network. Trying to road trip other EVs means you have to use a hodge-podge of out of the way and non-standardized chargers and hope for the best.
This article wouldn’t have been a thing if he was driving a Tesla. Supercharger stations have become common enough to avoid this. Generic charging stations are still years behind sadly. So while for your everyday around townage other EVs are fine, Tesla is still the only one you’d want to go road-tripping in. The…
I cannot put into words just how sick I am of Traitor Joe.
This is why there’s still no viable competitor to Tesla yet
It’s neat, but I wouldn’t want to own it, especially not at that price.
Similar story over on the Ranger5G forums.
Or perhaps I’ll just disable the feature permanently with Forscan.
I saw a mint, low mileage 2001 neon this week when I was getting gas, and was absolutely floored. It was probably the nicest one in the midwest. I haven’t seen one that didn’t have rust or faded headlights in so long.
Never pay full price for either OnStar or satellite radio. If you call and threaten to cancel the service they’ll almost always be like “Oh we’d hate to see you go, tell you what, how about we give you 6 months of service for the price of two”
Auto Start/Stop
Please. No thank you. I cannot get used to the car stalling out every time you stop at a red light. It’s too unsettling.
The ONE good thing about OnStar was that it could sense if your vehicle was in an accident and automatically call for help.
