If you think that’s bad, you NEVER want to drive I-35 from austin to kansas city. Pick a random spot on google maps and go into street view, it looks like this almost the entire way. Just flat, empty, nothing. Barely even trees. It’s horrible. It makes I-70 look like an amusement park.

Driving I-35 from Kansas City to Austin and back was one of the most mind numbing worst things I’ve ever done. MY GOD there is nothing to see. It’s just flat, and empty, all the way to the horizon. I swear you can see the curvature of the earth. NEVER again. Nope. I’ll do it in the passenger seat but never the driver…

Driving myself in the twistys = fun

Yeah, maybe, but how often are you putting in 300 miles in a day? For most people, not very often. Most cars are driven under 60 miles a day.
