Umm, SACS is pretty big. There are only 6 accrediting agencies, each assigned to a region of the country. They don’t overlap and you can’t appeal to another one, so whatever SACS says in the South is essentially the word of god. If SACS says your school is in trouble, your school is in trouble.

Have to respectfully disagree. Unless you have a restaurant quality oven, you cannot sear the steaks at a high enough temp. It makes a huge difference.
