I think the main issue with ZZ is that it picks up immediately after the end of Gundam Zeta and is such a jarring tonal shift from the finale of that show. ZZ isn’t a bad show, in fact I think it’s closer in many ways to MSG79 than it is Zeta but the tonal shift is just whiplash especially if you pick up watching it

I feel like the show already beat the internet to the punch with Roy. Like, it’s the same joke.

Give Deadpool a musical. That’s all I want.

The Spot started off goofy but one of the 90s Spider-Man animated series’ greatest contributions was when it made The Spot horrifying and tragic

His apology was horseshit and he’s spent the last half decade bitching about how much money he’s lost and appealing to a new audience of right wing dickbags. Something I find truly heartbreaking is that, when the scandal broke, and he admitted it, I wanted to hear him out. I felt that if there was one comedian capable

I mean, my favorite KITH season 6 sketch is Super Drunk “Lots of kids’ dads get drunk. My dad gets SUPER drunk”

The character I want to show up is Hondo Ohnaka

I was 16 when Revenge Of The Sith hit theaters, I’m part of the prequels generation. And I remember just sobbing at the ending the first time I saw it in the theater. It felt like the saddest, most beautiful, operatic thing I had ever seen. The image of Obi Wan carrying baby Luke and handing him to Owen and Beru is

this. I thought this episode was fine, fairly standard Who. I’ve generally enjoyed Chibnal’s era as showrunner, probably more than I did Moffat’s. But all these horrible neckbeards have been beating their “it sucks” drum since before it started. They’re just the worst.

this is one of the horror films to which I measure other horror films, it raises the bar significantly

I prefer the baseless rumor that the 14th Doctor is gonna be Helena Bonham Carter

I felt like the Gotham of this film felt more rust belt than Scorcese film NYC, even though Joker more or less cornered that market. This Gotham felt more like Chicago or even Cleveland than Manhattan

I can’t remember what writer it was that said the reason Baldwin’s Trump impersonation was so good was because Trump’s entire public person for the past 30 years was an impersonation of Alec Baldwin in Glengarry Glen Ross. That gave me pause.

1st two seasons are great.

yup. It’s worth noting that Ronald D. Moore wrote a lot of Trek including Voyager and when he rebooted BSG it had a lot of Voyager DNA in it

L.A. changes people, and not always for the worse”

I honestly thought Peri’s death was quite shocking and really wished it had been addressed more after the fact. It’s arguably the darkest, most brutal fate of a main character Doctor Who has ever done

I thought that was Logan?

Fringe. It is one of the only shows I can think of that changes intros depending on the setting of the episode and every variation is fantastic.

a Family Matters reboot would work best as a cartoon. On Rick & Morty.
