I didn't hate Man Of Steel, and I more or less enjoyed BvS. So I'm not a knee jerk Snyder hater but Suckerpunch SUCKS MORE ASS THAN ANYTHING EVER

I think that it's as dark as DKR but in a different way, it's more mature perhaps and at Superman gets a bittersweet ending

regarding Superman, I would argue that the equivalent of DKR for him is Alan Moore's "Whatever Happened To The Man Of Tomorrow?" which is a respected story but hasn't had anywhere near the impact of DKR or Moore's other work from the 1980s. Anybody have any idea why that might be?
