Personally it's topped only by The Incredibles for that year.
So do all who lives to see such dads, but that is not for them to decide. All you have to decide is what to do with the dad that is given to you.

Thanks to the comments layout, I read this after comments about James Stewart and had quite the "What the Fuck?" moment.
Speaking of all-time greats, does 1975 win that one? Barry Lyndon, One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, Dog Day Afternoon, Jaws, Nashville. That's a hell of a line up and all five have remained classics.
…Top Hat, The Adventures of Robin Hood, Mr. Smith Goes to Washington, Wizard of Oz, Rebecca, The Philadelphia Story, Citizen Kane, The Maltese Falcon, The Magnificent Ambersons, Casablanca, Double Indemnity, Great Expectations (Lean), Miracle on 34th Street, Hamlet (Olivier), All About Eve, Sunset Boulevard, A…
"Practically speaking, do you think this also ends up being a burden on the regular movie fans who attempt to cram in all the Best Picture nominees out of a sense of obligation—who maybe wouldn’t bother seeing Lion if they didn’t feel like they had to?"
After watching an older film for the first time, I'll often search The A.V. Club to see if they had a review or feature on it - finding ones that had New Cult Canon or My Year of Flop entries written on them will never stop being a treat.

Diane Keaton as Michael Keaton.
It'll make a shit load of money and there are still two more planned and dated over the next four years. No way Universal is letting this go and, if Diesel is still willing to attempt to revive stuff like xXx, there's no way he's going to leave this guaranteed hit franchise to anyone else.
