i know the big bang theory is hated, but does it actually have a dedicated fan base ?

Public service announcement: this is also great in a pressure cooker. It takes forever on the stove. (It’s great though. Perfect for making a huge batch and freezing).

My friend, you missed the all you can eat breadsticks and salad.

Even if you only ate there once a week, it’s less than $6 per meal, so that’s pretty cheap.

Just to be clear, I would absolutely not consider eating there every day, but even once a week it’s a good value.

How if someone gifted homeless people with this card? They’d get unlimited pasta and soup for a year?

She doesn’t want a date. She’s going for a book deal, podcast guest, and verified twitter. Once she’s famous, her increased public profile will lead, among other things, to more dating opportunities. Smart.

Because the average fast food kids meal is healthier?

Yep that is how you get change in a company. You get rid of all their competitors and give them a group of clients that can do nothing but depend on them and hope that having the new sense of responsibility of knowing that they can do anything they want and nobody has any choice will propel them to improve things.

Bullshit. Banning fast food in Cafeterias does NOTHING to improve the Cafeteria. It just gives them less competition.

School lunches, in my experience, don’t do a damn thing to help childhood obesity unless you opt for the salad bar or only eat the stewed tomatoes that literally every kid threw away every time they were served.

I’m neither a doctor or a lawyer. The name was like the fifth I tried and was intended sarcastically. I know poverty is a systemic problem. I’m not saying everyone needs to pack their kids homemade jambalaya with ingredients they grew themselves.

Can we just teach the students? Just teach. That’s hard enough. It is, as they say, a full plate already.

Totally classist. A school by me insisted that parents who packed lunches not include any pre-packaged items, like chips, cookies, Uncrustables, juice boxes, applesauce, etc, and that the should include mostly ‘fresh’ items.

A) School Lunches, at least in 2009 and I find no evidence to see that this has changed, were not required to meet the same standard of safety and quality as fast food restaurants.

Yes, ban fast food. This isn’t a freedom thing, schools ban all sorts of things as a matter of course. Including many food items. This isn’t a class thing. Even the cheapest fast food is more expensive than a sandwich. Or even a Lunchables type thing.

Well not to appropriate Mookie’s point, but I think what they were saying is that it doesn’t matter if he said those words. They wouldn’t be a career ender in the sense of him being president. Anyone who supports him in any way hates brown people with such fervor, it would just endear them more to him.

Honest question: is there anyone, anywhere, that doesn’t believe Trump regularly dropped N-bombs throughout his life (and much, much worse)? His supporters like him for it - they regularly do the same. His detractors all believe he is a confirmed racist. So what discussion are we having? What is the point? A video of

For the most part, Liberals and Libertarians share a ton of common ground. An incomplete list of what those two groups would agree on: Militarization of police and abuse of power, government surveillance, open borders, corporate welfare, the size of our military and how we use it, racial/religious profiling, bank

Does anyone else believe that if Trump were a Democrat, and the kind who said “check your privilege” and “safe space” and bragged about how woke he was and wanted more social services, Penn would be screaming to the media everything remotely unflattering about him?
