Not a chance. No manual, no interesting drivetrain choices. I need a car next year, it’s probably going to be a GTI manual or a used 335i with 3 pedals. Think this can compete?

Tatra 603 all of the things!

Try replacing the cabin filter. Also, check for moisture on any of the carpets. Does yours have a sunroof? If the drains are anything like a MKVI JSW, then you might be getting moisture from there. I often got ice on the interior bottom windshield on the inside, but that’s because my sunroof puked nasty rainwater all

Damn. GG Allin? I haven’t heard that name in a while. Not sure I wanted to either...

I know, that’s exactly what I was thinking. The most domestic 80's looking toyota ever.

Love the manual, hate the price and the slowness.

As a former owner of an A500, A1000, and A3000, I... don’t get it.

Black Krokodil, amirite?

I will gladly use 20k in docdollars ($) which I will now proceed to print on my laser printer. I’ll even use new paper.

I will make you any damn hoagie you want for 10Gs in unmarked, non-sequential 20's. Let me know what you like.

4th Gear:

Yeah, not really comparable either, though I appreciate the effort. I am an individual, and in your example, I knowingly sold you a house with a minor defect, that then caused me to agree to allow you to return the house with a refund.

LOL What? VW owners taking their parts off of their cars is why Trump got elected? If that’s why Trump won, then I think that’s more of a condemnation of how out of touch the DNC is than how awful VW owners are. You may feel like VW owners got a good deal. Many of us disagree.

Anyone try to put a Passat RNS510 nav into a mk IV?

Your response is totally illogical and in no way comparable to the TDI situation. VW sold a car under false pretenses. They knew they had a loyal fan base, and instead of spending the approximately 350 dollars per car to make them legal, they violated environmental regulations worldwide, and were forced by the US

How did you make the brackets? My Dad has a 2013 Golf, and I have a 2001. I’d love to put his seats in mine!

Problem is that most mkVI parts won’t fit MkV cars. I’d love to put some parts from my JSW into my 2001 golf, but no dice.

There are some great discussions going on about this topic. I for one can’t fathom the position that removing parts from the car is unethical. If VW wanted only cars in like new condition, they would have stipulated it in the settlement, it’s not like owners are shafting VW for pulling parts from cars that are banned

Yeah, I test drove a 320i when I was in the market. I drive a mk IV golf TDI, and I found the golf’s ride to be more impressive than the 320i, which I was not expecting at all. My wife drove it too, and she told me she didn’t see the point of getting a manual in the 320i because it was so slow and unrewarding. The

Hah, this is easy. Isla Margarita in Venezuela in 2005. Got a locally made toyota corolla that had brakes that looked like just rolled into the shop. Rarely went about 30 kph, and every time you put on the brakes, it would skreeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeech until it finally stopped. Totally scary as we went around the
