Whatever happened to 'Gateways to Geekery'? I need one for Japanese cinema.

I dropped it after the midseason finale last year. Checked back in for the past few episodes. Still sucks. I have a completist mentality and like the MCU on a basic level so it's frustrating how little this entertains me beyond getting to look at Chloe Bennet for the better part of 40 mins. It's actually hard to

I cannot believe this got a B. This show is the worst, I was bored out of my face.

Finest *supporting actors.

It's like I'm really reading a Bendis book.

I wish he cast someone else in Top 5. I like him just fine, but I want to enjoy him as a director and I find that hard to do when actors just make vehicles for themselves.

I vote for Joaquín Phoenix and Steve McQueen. The living one, obvs

Bush jokes were great, weren't they? Almost makes me miss his administration. At least there are Republican candidates come election time of equal comedic value.

Well, he's not doing a voice, and he doesn't have to commit anything to memory. He doesn't even have to move. It is probably, by far, the least demanding thing he has to do requiring his talents. I guess there's promotional interviews, but they're unscripted and there are a lot of them.

For a brief moment I thought you meant not Chris Rock, but THE Rock. As in Dwayne Johnson. He might actually be a good host…

Trying to think - who would be the perfect Oscars host? A comedian makes more sense than an actor to me. No one will ever be totally pleased. Edgy tends to go down poorly, so does staid…

Well, it's pretty close to being cringe-comedy, but it's American so it doesn't really commit. The characters still have to be winners.

I think it's just about someone who's genuine and a bit desperate, in a very human way. She acts on things most people wouldn't and it's pitiable, ingratiating and amusing in equal measure. It's borderline cringe comedy. It reminds me a little of the short-lived Stephen Merchant show Hello Ladies.

I think it's actually kind of refreshing to see the type of self-involved douche everyone completely tolerates because they're cool and sociable.

When they hinted Jamal might be the most like his father (when he shut the door on Cookie) I thought he could be interesting, but he needs a darker side. I don't think being black and gay and somewhere between Frank Ocean and John Legend is enough, the guy needs more characterisation. Don't anticipate getting it

"a new trailer for The Force Awakens will premiere tomorrow night during Monday Night Football on ESPN"

Seems like it's more of a comparison of the show's reception than the show itself. What's hilarious to me is how seriously this show takes itself considering how ridiculous it is - it's like Desperate Housewives, but po-faced. That whole scene in the woods with the digging and the fretting was just straight up absurd,

"At least Hakeem is a good rapper"

He's fun to hate, he's like Chris Brown meets Joffrey Baratheon.

When was it ever anything more than a guilty pleasure?!
