I'm already pissed they've recommitted to Laurel as Black Canary, and I bet a bunch of other viewers are too. I just can't see them ending this series without pairing him up with Felicity, regardless of the source material - the show has to be allowed to be its own thing, and they are well aware that the Felicity love

Amell was soooo wooden to begin with. The show has been like his drama school.

"Barry punching Multiplex, and that punch resulting in three more clones?"

"AoS has apparently gotten better"

Why the hell would anyone nix a Blue Beetle appearance of all things?

Yeah, granted I'm a latecomer to the Flash comics lovefest, but I can't understand the dislike for the timey-wimey Zoom origin at all. I think it could make from some pretty emotional TV if and when Barry has to choose a past with his biological dad over the life he's lived with Joe West.

What's so bad about comics Vibe?

I look forward to the inevitable Ed reunion guest stars on the show.

Can't believe they already introduced a prototype cosmic treadmill!

Apropos of nothing I just realised The Winter Soldier could make an appearance in Agent Carter, which makes me ridiculously happy.

Yeah, that show checked a lot of boxes for me - superpowers and tomboys, can't lose.

If that's what constitutes forced diversity, and it's the consequence of people trying to ensure their output is diverse, then so be it. I can't see why it should bother anyone, and if it does for whatever reason, just take the rough with the smooth. As easy as something like a diverse cast should be to do, it's not

He was never going to lead with that though, because it seems very much like his point of view is that unless the creatives behind the show are of the background of the characters, there's pandering going on. At least I'm assuming the most negative thing he's associating with a desire for diversity is pandering or

"His view on Clarissa Explains It All is so fucked up. I'm a man and I used to watch it all the time."

The passive discrimination in the Klickstein interview made my blood boil, but regardless of whatever prejudices someone might harbour, I'll never understand how they aren't superseded by Kriegman's sentiment - "Why wouldn’t you want the richest environment creatively in terms of voices and characters and stories?"

MY BOY'S PHONE'S WICKED SMAHT

"Marc Pickering is an uncanny young Nucky, with stars and contingency plans in his eyes."

The AV Club

Why isn't Henry Simmons Luke Cage, and why am I still watching this show?

The show has been past it's sell-by date for a WHILE, but it's all good. She'll be there for the movie, I'm sure.
