She went out like a champ though, I don't know that I'd ever have had as much affection for her character as I do now because of this episode.

It's embarrassing how much better Arrow is when you consider its relative disadvantages.
Whenever a show is this effective, regardless of what emotion the scene is trying to elicit, I usually end up smiling really hard because of how well the scene is working and how much I'm enjoying the story being told. So even though the scene was moving, my reaction was
I was just amazed that the scene was happening at all, and I knew the show wasn't about to chicken out on following through with it either. I was in shock. I guess you could say I was…
"Stephen Amell really sold Oliver's agony in that moment"
If this episode isn't an 'A', I don't know what heights Alasdair thinks this show is capable of.
B2K?
If Armond White didn't exist, we would have to invent him.
She was very well cast as JLaw's sister in SLP, I thought.
I thought the backdoor wasn't allowed in Catholicism!
"He should have had a mad party and had mad homies and sum real ladies up in that piece."
Actually I meant Deathstroke, because Deathstrike is a female Marvel character. Too many Killer-blow named villains!
Tonally, you mean? I mean, I recognise that it had a distinct tone (one that I liked) but it meshed just fine for me. Especially as a showcase for Deadshot, it was a real teen horror movie scenario.
"Honestly, I might be ready for Community to be done."

Most sitcoms should have a sell-by date, America. Really. Two or three seasons is enough to wring the comedy out of a situation.
The AV Club
It doesn't make it not mad libs…
In a world where we're getting a league of ninjas, headed up by an immortal madman, facing off against a Robin Hood themed vigilante - on The CW no less - I'm fine with losing a little mystical coolness.
It was the first episode I remember thinking that the show could actually operate as a legitimate thriller. Very creepy stuff, and a good episode for Lance.
I liked the return of Paul Blackthorne going HAM. His cheesy OTT acting was a saving grace in Season 1 when the show was a guilty pleasure at best and a bore at worst. Now it's straight up fun as hell, but he toned down the ham. Until now, that is. He saved it for when I least expected it. Bless him.
