And not only was that played deathly serious, but the anime made it much rougher than the manga. The reader was intentionally supposed to view that scene and be horrified and/or angry, not just take it as another fight like when Goku or Vegeta get beaten up.

Well, back when Toriyama was actually writing Dragonball (late 80's-early 90's) there wasn’t a lot of full on action heroines. There were action series starring women, yes, but many of them were magical girl series and those that weren’t had the heroines specialize in long-range attacks or fight using armor or giant

I’ve watched a handful of random episodes of this show but I just cannot get into it. There are some amusing parts, but nothing really grabbed me and said “THIS IS THE BEST SHOW EVAR!!!!” like everyone else thinks it is.

When was the last time you heard about Sonic Drive-Ins in Japan?

Because there’s no Sonic Drive-Ins in Japan. Hell, they’ve only just recently expanded to the Northern US.

I doubt there are any Sonic drive-thrus in Japan.

Why would they. They only deal with US promotions.

I believe Dallas sells tickets where you can watch on screens either outside the stadium or in one of the clubs inside.

It’s a general stat they keep track of. For football it’s especially important due to blackout rules.

I think the Bayonetta games will come out when they start doing general ports to the eShop Virtual Console rather than “Deluxe” versions.

That’s exactly what they did.

That’s because instead of using either the LA or NYC talent pools, they recorded all the English dialog from native speakers living in Japan. With Japanese people giving the direction.

Not as much as the other versions since the Level Editor is being junked. It does include the DLC though.

I doubt they’ll cut out any of the levels. I would imagine any space to fit would have been freed up by dumping the level editor and making the multiplayer mode download-only.

From what I’ve seen (and granted, it may have been hampered by the glare from all the lights from the cameras), all the details and stuff that are missing you’re not gonna notice on such a tiny screen.
