1000x this. Rain is the worst in BotW. It’s effectively the “put everything on hold” button for the game. If rain was more infrequent, it wouldn’t be a big deal, but man, it seems to seek me out and wait until I’m in some massive canyon that I need to get to the top of EVERY SINGLE TIME.

I know what you mean. I meant to stop playing at 8 last night, and I got sidetracked by a shrine. After I was done with that, I was close enough to a tower that I went and got that... And then I noticed I had 3 of the spirit things that let you upgrade stamina or health, so I had to go find another shrine to round it

I’ve been alternating Hearts and Stamina myself, keeping it balanced. I’m still pretty early in though, I’ve taken on about 18 Shrines so far.

After finally getting mine from Walmart after a weekend-long delay, I’ve not experienced any of these issues so far, although, I’ve really only been playing in docked mode with my Pro Controller so far. My roommate told me one of his co-workers found a glass screen protector for the system, so I’m going to be looking

One big problem with emulation, at least for me, is being less interested in a game because I can play any game. This definitely “cheapened” some games for me back in my emulation days to the point where I didn’t think Chrono Trigger, freaking CHRONO TRIGGER, was anything special. Having went back and bought a lot of

I find it’s largely the other way around. Everyone loves the Genesis version without giving the SNES version its due. It makes sense though, Aladdin was one of the top selling games for the Genesis (Number 3 behind Sonic and Sonic 2).

So, the Genesis version of Aladdin definitely looks better, they did have the benefit of working with animators at Disney. However, I hold the the SNES version plays better because it more accurately portrays the parkour like movements of Aladdin in the early going of the movie which makes for some really fun

You’ll notice there are no Cardinals players on this list. That’s because they do photo day the #RightWay. No goofiness there. No sir.

I’m practically drooling for this game at this point. This is sounding like everything I’ve ever wanted in a Zelda game. a massive world, little to no hand-holding and multiple ways to solve the same problem. I have a feeling I’m gonna be playing this for a long, long time to come.

Thanks for the link. I understand his reasons, though, I’m still a little disappointed. I can’t blame him though.

So, probably my best (And really only) controller throwing story involves playing Mario Strikers on the Wii. I forget the context, but I lost a close game where it felt like the AI was especially advantaged. In my frustration, I tried to throw the Wiimote on my bed... Only to forget I had it attached to my wrist via

Could you post a link to the post?

That Magikarp speaks to me.

OK, so, let’s say we’re taxing the top one percent of earners a 90% federal income tax, and this isn’t counting state or city taxes. To be in the top one percent as of 2013, you needed an adjusted gross income of $435,000/year. So, you’re advocating that these people, after just federal taxes, should be making

The primary fallacy in this argument is this though: This assumes that the person in question didn’t also pay in to the roads, to the schools, to the police and the fire department. They paid in as well. So, negating that, it boils back down to the same thing. I should have their money because I want it.

Haven’t gotten a Takumi, but the game has been exceedingly kind to me. I re-rolled in the beginning to get a 5 Star character and got Marth who has proved to hit like a truck and heal 10 HP every 3 turns. About a week back, I got 5 Star Male Robin, and he’s been excellent and also hits like a truck. Finally,

Dodgeball isn’t the same without the rubber balls. Those weird foam balls don’t fly right. Plus you don’t get the satisfying *PHOOMK* when ya hit someone. I was in high school when our school switched away, and the game just wasn’t the same.

Got mine. Irritated that this has to be a thing though. How many ID’s do I need, Nintendo?

He’s very firmly in the Masterpiece only camp now. He likes them because they’re purposely making them look as close to the show, imperfections and all, and he’s said that’s what he always wanted out of the toys to begin with: To look exactly like the cartoons he grew up watching.

Ooh, this looks cool. My brother used to be pretty big into collecting Transformers and back when I was younger, he got this beast shipped all the way from Japan:
