DPD once gave a drunk driving ticket to someone I know. They had drunkenly crashed into a guardrail and then passed out. Everything short of that has been ignored or got a warning.

The problem is that Bernie Ecclestone owns Formula One Management Ltd. They own all broadcast footage and rights, and are pretty diligent about removing footage from Mr. Hurley's website. I like where he's going with this, but it will be interesting to see how it plays out.
