Agreed. I don't wear flip flops often, but when I do, I have to drive barefoot because they always seem to get in the way. I actually prefer driving barefoot because it gives me a more physical connection to the car and I feel like I can feel the controls at my feet much better.

Since the 2 cars I was going to suggest have already been taken (DeLorean and Bricklin SV-1), I'm going with the Mercury LN7/Ford EXP. I hadn't heard about them until yesterday, so I'm relatively new at these cars. If anyone has any info about them, feel free to tack it onto my post!
