when I’ve been underweight (medical issues) coconut milk soup and using lots of butter/fat/oil has helped a lot. generally I’d read calorie counts on foods to make sure I was getting enough calories in what I was able to eat. I was actually tracking my food intake on a fitbit to make sure I was getting enough…
