Eat, sleep, train.
Eat, sleep, train.
Given no one misses an opportunity to knock Bettman for his ‘Non-Traditional Markets’ gamble, it is only fair to point out that it has worked in a handful of places.
Rooting for the C’s to pick Ball and have his dad stonewall the deal
Yeah, there’s an article about Nashville playing St. Louis and people are poking fun at Nashville? What?
Have you ever been to a game at Bridgestone? I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised.
As someone from Alabama that moved up to Nashville, we’re mainly importing Californians, New Englanders, and Midwesterners (which means my property taxes and my home’s worth are going up, so, pros and cons).
I visited Nashville last year to see Neil Young and had a great time. There is music everywhere all the time.
What’s wrong with Nashville?
When asked about the validity of the complaint, the nearly-illiterate Oher said “Bullocks”
It does pay...in spades. Everyone should strive for excellence, that’s not a “white” value it’s a human value. Speaking properly without give-away intonations, expressions and speech patterns which allow people to automatically discriminate against you before they even see you is important. It will certainly get you…
While I completely agree with you on this, it’s strange to me that people seem to almost uniformly recognize the bullshittery of this, yet 25 years of hack-a-center still results in half of basketball fans going “DON’T CHANGE THE RULES, MAKE YOUR FREE THROWS.”
Mike Matheny praised the fan for taking the bullet “the right way,” noting that glory boy fans in Chicago or Kansas City would’ve demanded a stoppage to the game and drawn much more attention to themselves.
Nashville is a better team than their regular season record showed and being able to throw out Josi on the first pairing and then Subban gives them a 1-2 punch I don’t think any other team in the playoffs can match right now.
That’s an organization who won’t hire a non-francophone coach. You can imagine how they reacted to having a black player who was at times outspoken and actually showed personality.
Read about his charitable work while in Montreal and how he settled into Nashville after the trade. Really does seem like a likable guy (as much as you can tell these things from media coverage). Really would’ve liked to have seen him as a Flyer, especially given their issues on the blue line.
Did I just fall in love with P.K. Subban?
Preds. They are cooler.
This exchange has probably been a weekly fixture in my life and I assume it applied in this case:
That assumes they weren’t all laid off today.
I can’t wait to see what ESPN’s NHL reporters to have to say about this.
