I think, emphasis on think, the Maxxforce engines have a CGI block, a different bedplate and a few other changes. I know the turbo set up is different.

There’s not. Horizon games always feature less cars than the core Forza Motorsport games as they don’t focus on race cars at all. If you compare to previous Horizon games, it’s way more. 350 now vs just around 200 for Horizon 2.
