Seeing some of the shitty welds ok other FCA products I highly doubt it's only 720 Jeep's with this issue.

Nissan has no issues killing itself off. Too bad Ghosn came around and saved them from going out with a bang, now they will just be the dullest car company on the planet for ever. But hey what does he care, people still buy the fucking things.

Those first two are only dead to Americans. The RS will likely be back for Europe as well.

Tom, I recently found this site claiming it is them trying to get out of buying back lemon law cars under the lemon law requirements. They could be playing on this theory, or maybe it's actually real. My dealer sends me letters every few months offering to buy back my ST because they NEED it. It doesn't have this

By comparison to the Alfa maybe but in comparison to other cars in it's class it's no slouch.

Ohh so many tires.

Except you would be in the exception category, not the rule.

Thats still an illegal requirement on their part. They have to PROVE that someone else damaged it, not guess based on a missing record 5 years ago.

Of course the National Alliance Of Buy Here Pay Here Dealerships is a thing...”

If it's a manual box with a auto ECU that's what you want. You can't reflash anyways so leave the auto ECU and move on. Now if it's a Manual ECU in a auto car, that won't work. I am strictly speaking from a S Chassis power plant point of view, this might not work on other cars or other brands but it's legit here if

If it’s a auto ECU on a manual car leave it. That is the combo you want a no ned to swap.

It also applies to maintenance. They cannot void your warranty because someone else worked on the car. The burden of proof is on the manufacturer, not the owner to prove who fucked it up. They can't void your warranty because you got a oil change 5 years ago at a different mechanic.

Yes but your original claim said anyone other than FCA dealers. You didn’t specify that they were the ones that damaged it. It is illegal to void a warranty just because someone else worked on it. They would need to prove the other place did it. Burdan of proof is on the manufacturer not the owner The reason they get

She had to look up the word safety really fast while on the call.

That is still illegal. They cannot require you get your maintinence done at their dealers. If you push the issue and know the law they will yeild.

I see dealers with “Vin on request” for the too good to be true cars yet everything else has one listed. That makes me think you are right, they keep something listed that doesn't actually exist just to get you in the door.

Vastly different sports, body checks are part of the game in Hockey, grabbing someones brake lever is not in Racing.

That is for fuel economy standards, they are passenger cars otherwise. Either way you are wrong the Mustang is a passenger car through and through.

It still doesn’t change what they are. That is like saying a mini van is not a passenger car.

Those cars were still plenty popular regardless of their share of the market.
