OP is talking about 62 pounds over the non carbon version. Your comment is still out of place as its not 360lbs lighter than the lower trim.
No it is not 360lbs of weight reduction. It is 62, the truck weighs 360 less than the outgoing generation. That 298 lbs could be accounted for anywhere in the truck.

Walnut cleaning isn’t even approved by Ford last I heard. Some dealers are choosing it over a head replacement but it wasn’t an approved fix IIRC.
Nope not dual injection for most if not all Ecoboosts(not sure about new engines just introduced), Ford doesn’t even have a cleaning procedure for their DI cars.
Sure you can clean them, but not everyone can do this and some manufacturers have no system in place to do this job.
This issue is solved already by simply keeping port injection with DI, just needs to be implemented by all manufacturers. They knew of the problem but decided to go DI only already.
Parking their news van in the road exposes them to liability if someone hits it. Having watched people in good conditions slam into stopped emergency vehicles with lights on and flares out I wouldn’t blame them much for not taking that course of action.

You know, its actually going to become more and more common that both parties have EVs. I know a lot of singles driving EVs who have to rent cars to drive out of town as they can’t go more than 50 miles as they can’t guarantee they can charge.
I know how much it is, but on a car at this price range its not that huge of a deal, it will also take much less of a depreciation hit. The 2018s won’t hold their value like the 2019s+ with the extended batteries.
