IRT the state checks, they were very intrusive covering stuff like seat belts, floor pans, drivers seat adjustment etc. Some states even make sure your AC works if the car came with it. You don’t need that shit, just what I covered above. Basic shit every driver should be covering anyways.

This is why I am OK with basic safety checks in every state. The basics, like are your tires bald, are any wheels going to fall off, do your brakes work, and are your lights ALL working? In CA it could be rolled into the smog check we are already forced to have every two years.

It has a lot to do with idiots not buying new bulbs when a low beam burns out, they think they can get away with high beams instead. At least here in the US. They flash their lows back on and one is burned out then hit the high beams again like you are going to forgive them for being stupid.

If he can’t get the coverage he needs on his new car he will be forced to sell it. Finance companies don’t really like it when you don’t have the insurance levels they want.

That part about the 18 wheeler tanker(plus who calls it that except people who don’t drive them) thing is likely a lie. He would not be able to drive for anyone with a record like that. No one would ever insure him, so unless he is doing it illegally I would not worry to much.

He says this was a year ago and he told the PD exactly what he was doing as well as insurance and all is fine now. Something tells me this is a complete lie, along with the line “the police were there before I even got out of the car.”

To bad they were not a few seconds faster.

I have a friend who went through a lot of training to be a mechanic, after a few years she works automotive parts retail for more money, less hours, and less stress.

Yeah... If you wanted to buy that in San Jose you are looking at a few million at least. I am buying a house an hour into the Santa Cruz hills on a lot half the size for about 500k.

I did look them up, but I was looking at the wrong gen Integra. Either way if you look at the side of the car the wheels in the front are forward of the wheel arch center line, and the rear wheels are behind the arch center line. Though that is just likely bad placement of the body parts.

If you look closely you will see its not the same wheelbase. The mustang is about an inch longer and you can see it on the side shots.

This isn’t a RWD Integra, this is a Mustang with a Integra reshell.

Owning a CPO still doesn’t stop a dealer from looking you in the eye and telling you that the warranty doesn’t transfer to the second owner.

Per the FIA you DO NOT LIKE IT so they must remove it. Don’t kid yourself fan, they know what is best for you.

Just when I thought SYFY was getting back to good shows.

Is it slicing through the meat bags stomach or is there any bone in there?

Hey but they get free energy paid for by hard working citizens. Raise gas taxes and registration, then hit them with making the roads more inefficient.

HAHAHA, we can’t even keep our regular roads in good condition, how do they expect to keep this from killing someone?

To quote you “The car was reliable.” You may not have said “OK boys its all fine” but you seem to think things are. One PU out of how many suddenly working is not reliability.

The truck driver knew, he was just trying to run away from his problems but it just kept following him.

Ha, there is nothing positive here and that glimmer of hope is only there for the uninitiated. You would likely be fired if you were a engineer who clapped their hands after this and said “OK boys its all fine.” It could fail at any time in the future and they would still be up shit creek.
