The tension really was high through the whole episode.
The Speeder bike trap (whoever lives from those crashes?)
When the X-wings opened up their wings (i was like ‘they’re going to kill him!’)
And then the Alien homage, I mean...jesus....
Gotta tell ya, this dude Mando, he can’t stop fighting the universe!

The flamethrower was criminally underused.

I was utterly shocked by the horrible tone deafness of the “joke” of Baby Yoda eating the eggs.  It was disgusting and horrifying.

The whole Anne Hathaway Effect is bullshit.  Hating someone for the sake of it is infuriating, especially when its someone who's clearly not a bad person.

Now playing

I have watched Umbrella more than is likely healthy for a person. And you are absolutely right, Allison, it works because he is all in on it. It wouldn’t be Rihanna if it weren’t sexy, and he somehow keeps the sexy and the wink to the joke. I read somewhere that his only regret was not being able to do it in heels.

Your loss, pal, it’s great.

The MCU has done some amazing casting for classic Marvel characters but casting a then unknown Tom Holland as Spider-man may be the best decision after RDJ for Tony Stark.

Mine too! *And* the Zendaya performance from the same episode! I’m almost sad that they went back to back, because if his performance is a 10, hers is a 9.9, and on any other episode, she would have been the clear winner by a mile.

This is the first time I’ve ever seen the Tom Holland video. Not coincidentally, it is also the first time in years I’ve felt truly alive.

This is one of my go-to cheer-myself-up videos. Tom Holland is a delight. Did I watch it again just now? Yes, yes I did.

I don’t know if this is an unpopular opinion or not but I really don’t enjoy Kyle Mooney. He does the same voice for all his characters, he thinks he’s funnier than he is, and even the weird 10 to 1 sketches he’s in don’t make up for how unfunny I find him in everything. Beck is a much more versatile and funny

Kate McKinnon and John Mulaney in a classic movie is pretty much always funny.

He is like, 50 gallons of man in a 10 gallon hat.

It’s not a perfect match, as Olyphant has more of an inherently mischievous, bordering on villainous quality to him, but he’s the closest thing this franchise has had to classic Han Solo, and he should really be in all the things.

Or eye candy for the judge of the universe

I think he was talking about his Mando/Space-Raylan fan fiction.

I showed that scene to my girlfriend saying, “This show that you don’t watch has a really cool guest star” and she did the same thing - identified him as Olyphant just from his stance!

Well, okay! That’s more like it!

Space Raylan Givens just makes me inordinately happy.  And I also enjoyed Mando’s furthered commitment to making people understand that Tuskan Raiders are more than just mindless barbarians.

I want someone to fashion wee goggles for baby yoda, even if those goggle-less speeder rides don’t seem to bother him.
