Not entirely true, I’ve been seeing some people grow out of the console war bias and actually play other games on other platforms or changed their minds entirely on if they loved/hated a console. I know many who enjoy their SNES’s back in the day but I have gotten them to try 1 or 2 games they are now in love with.

It would help a lot if the guy started to show some humility and concern for others instead of going the “I don’t care!” route.
