Yeah, Timm and Dini’s work without each others’ influence and the constraints of ‘tv for kids’ has been somewhat less than stellar, so I’m having a hard time getting particularly excited about this.

The random super-powers are (apparently) an accident and what was supposed to be granted was ‘empathy enhancement,’  and presumably were going to be dusted over the whole world instead of just one city.
