So much this. Had to get that little qualifier in there didn’t he? GSW got outplayed plain and simple.

How bout them Cavs????????????

Lol butthurt much? I wasn’t referring to it being a difference overall I’m more talking about when comparing how one player “appears” since that’s what we’re talking about here. I don’t understand why people are so offended for Curry though when they say he’s scrawny. I tend to agree when you look at him but that

Bravo on a mostly objective article, I mean that sincerely. I do find it funny that the Warriors still have to be playing badly or be down Bogut to lose a series. It just can’t possibly be that they’re being outplayed by a, dare I say, better team?? *GASP*

And if you’ve watched the Cavs all year you could say the exact same thing about them. If on their game they should put the Warriors or anyone away no problem.

So 3“ and 15 lbs is a huge difference for basketball players? Lmao. Did you miss the part where I said height/weight alone is misleading?

I don’t think it’s all about height/weight or BMI wouldn’t be criticized so much when it comes to overall health. I think it’s more about frame and build and in that aspect he is on the smaller to average side of things in the NBA. That also gets a little fuzzy when you consider true PGs vs just a guard that can play

Yep and if the Cavs lose, who gets the trophy this year? Whoever has the best game 7?

Well put sir. Puts the MJ/LBJ debate into a different light for me.

So much this. I get crap for saying that GSW is overrated and this is exactly why I say that. Sure they won the record amount of games, shot and made a record amount of 3s and just tore through the league in general BUT like you said, if plan A fails and you don’t have a great plan B or even C then I’m going to

Starting to think that no one at Deadspin even watched the Cavs this year at all only the lovable Warriors smh. Anyone who follows the team even casually knows that they call J.R “Swish” so that’s what Kyrie was saying there. A lot of the commenters here know that why don’t you?

That was a clean basketball play if you ask me. I mean do we really want to start pointing out dirty screens when the Warriors are playing?

Agree on all counts but you can’t sit there and say that he didn’t quit in ‘09 against Orlando or against Boston in ‘10 (definitely more so in the Boston series too). I can’t say I fault him at all for leaving it was always in the way he did it that bothered me and most of Cleveland. I wasn’t out there burning jerseys

I’d disagree with the throwing teammates under the bus at least as far as we know. I wouldn’t say he’s known for quitting in general but it has happened before. We saw it two years in a row in Cleveland before he left :/

Most definitely. The 48 point game against DET and the Boston game are still some of my favorite moments but the Finals as a whole last year might be his greatest ever all around performance as a player IMO.

That looks to be a million times better than the guys that wash the skyscrapers every day. They actually have what looks to be safety gear of some sort lol.

I’ve been saying the same thing and been criticized as much as Cowherd for claiming how overrated Steph is in this regard. Without a doubt the best shooter I’ve ever seen in my life and will probably go down as the greatest ever. BUT take that away and you don’t have much. I’m sure the fanboys will continue to argue

As long as it’s not physically interfering with play or entering the court itself (at least anymore so than necessary to sit courtside) then it’s part of the home court advantage IMO. I scream my head off up in Loudville do you think it would change if I could afford to sit on the floor? Yeah, right it would be that

My thoughts exactly.

How does this not have more stars? That’s literally the first thing that popped in my mind when reading this article.
