Auto colors are so cyclical. When I was a kid, my grandfather had a dark green Dodge Dart. Within a few years Vietnam was in full swing and green vehicles were out. Fast forward to 1995 and I bought a Ford Explorer. As the environmental movement picked up steam, green vehicles were everywhere.

I would say the brakes likely failed and the driver looks to have avoided all, if not most, obstacles before purposely running parallel into the guardrail to slow him down. Then again, this is Russia.
