After working in Apple retail, my guess is they'll be doing in-store or mail-in fixes, but only for those people who bought Apple Care. For everyone else, they'll charge a nominal fee for exchanging the phone for a new one (supposedly) without the antenna problem.

Some sort of iPad or iPhone leak wherein an engineer showed Woz a prototype and Steve was all pissy about it. Couldn't do anything to Woz, so he fired the other guy.
