@AngriestGeek: Poor Judy Greer. Always the bridesmaid, never the bride. She's a fantastic actress.

It's funny when I think about how I found Jezebel. Vice led me to Leslie Arfin and Gavin McInnes, which led me to Tracie, which in turn brought me here.

@Elle O. Elle: Carrie Underwood is so successful that people forget she was an American Idol.

@emase: One of the best campy movies ever.

@enduremp: I totally had the cardboard penthouse. It was so cheap. Blue plastic columns and a cardboard background. Oh the 80s.

@KaneBaker: Not necessarily. In Indian culture, the lighter the skin the more valued you are as opposed to someone who is darker. The same goes for black people in America. We white-wash them. Beyonce is a light black woman. Lena Horn same thing.

@curiousgeorgiana: I think my subconscious just wanted to find a use for that Agent Provocateur picture.

@LucyRed: I see Eleanore Roosevelt!

@fyi_you_guys: Nope. That's how classic nylons were made. The foot portion was made of thicker material and extended from the toes to the back of the heel. You can sort of see it here: [www.agentprovocateur.com]

@Dancingfrog: It's not worth it to continue this discussion.

@paperispatient: Oh thank goodness, I thought I was the only one.

@SuicaLove: See, you would benefit from these menus! I do the same thing whenever anyone is treating me, including family and friends.

I almost miss Contempo and ill-fitting sweater vests a la your 8th grade picture. Then I remember how much I hated all of that as a middle schooler, which totally led to me being a Daria in high school - combat boots and all. I was the nerd in all AP classes attending a private prep school. My boyfriends were the

Uggs? Really? For shame, SJP. For shame.

I wish I was talented enough to make these. Second best option, purchase. Antique stores, here I come!

@bostontonian: I shit you not. I grew up in this environment. In extremely fancy (read: expensive) places, none of the menus have prices. If you are wealthy enough to dine there, then there is no need to worry about cost.

@Canadarling: Oh they exist. Fancy schmancy country clubs do this as well. It is for the courtesy of the guests. They do not worry about prices, but rather get to enjoy their meal.

@Canadarling: I'm guessing you haven't been to a restaurant that gives the lady a different menu than the gentleman. One has prices, the other doesn't. Guess which one!
