Buzz off!
Buzz off!
Do not stare into…
The nozzle.
That DVD set for this next season better be less than $18, or be stuffed with extras to justify the price. Currently watching seasons 3 and 4—talk about minimum effort on the extra goodies. Even the menus waste potential. A Venture Bros. early-gen video game and there's one short animation?
PASTA-TOOTS!
Wait, where the hell are the rest of the episodes? All they do is list the first ep of all three shows. I never finished Other Space because the player was so broken beyond episode 1…
What kind of dog was it? A beeg dog?
It's all Smokey and mirrors.
…and only die-hard fans wear rose-colored glasses to completely ignore it was a remake.
If you're going to pander, at least change some things up for god's sake.
I wanted to love this movie. I wanted to get excited for new and interesting turns and plot twists. Instead all I got was A New Hope: 2015 Edition.
If I want…
So what does that mean? That anyone watching this hasn't seen the original first? That's pretty thin ice to stand on.
Iron helps us grow!
So let me get this straight: from what I gathered from the commercials/trailer is that Bohdi's gang are Robin Hoods: stealing from the rich to give to the poor, and this review confirms it.
So why the hell should I root for Utah to take them down this time? They're doing nothing but good in the grand scheme of things…
Last night I wanted to punch every damn person that whispered some classic character's name to one another when they appeared onscreen for the first time.
"Ooh! Look! Admiral Ackbar!"
Yes, it's Admiral "It's a trap!" Ackbar. Good for you. You know your characters. So does every other person in this theater, asshat.
(SPOILERS TOO) In addition to what you said, the whole size comparison of Starkiller to the Death Star was just laughable. It also lacked real impact because not only for the "Resistance"'s lack of sympathy, but that it felt like the characters were side-eyeing each other who was going to point out this had all been…
I couldn't pick a best new actor—they all brought something new to the series and made you feel for them. In terms of characters, I was digging Poe's vibe, especially with his little buddy.
That's what happened to me with Episode 1 when I saw it first day. Buddy and I get out of the theater, excited at what we just saw. Then we went to go get lunch, and realized we'd been suckered. By the time we were done eating, we were pretty miffed about the whole thing.
I didn't feel like that this time, but during…
Get out of my goddamn head.
Genres aside, all shows still have to abide by the same rules on network TV that air in the same time slots. They had a victim on Bones once that fell into an industrial A/C unit and got shredded into pulled pork, then proceeded to lay out the remains on the exam table. All this at 8pm central., a half-hour earlier…
Don't worry about it. It's spoiler-free, and totally nails how I felt about it. It's a glorified fanservice film for SW geeks.
I would agree with you about the censors, except have you ever seen an episode of Bones? That show practically gets an erection trying to come up with showing a stomach-turning cause of death in the forensics lab. Hell, they ran a two hour ep just last Tuesday!
Maybe you could answer this for me, seeing as how you seem to be the most adept at medical issues:
Wouldn't the cadavers still have an awful mess from decomposition around them inside a morgue locker three years later? Those trays were spotless. They're not embalmed usually there, so even dried out after falling apart…
