Was Dorkin perchance awkward for you to talk to too? He seemed rather begrudging to sign anything, and had this paranoia about his kid being photographed, accidental or otherwise—which left me wondering why he'd brought him in the first place to a convention, cameras abound.

It'll be a mons-trous battle.

I have a feeling it's going to get rodickulously hard to put up with.

I know A.V.'s a division of the Onion, but man, this just sounds like one of their articles.
Thanks a ton for the laughs.

Obviously they can't do a Kickstarter with a Disney project (and really? Is the $ necessary?) but the Whedons have pull. They'd find a way to complete it. Likely through comics.

Just pull out the phone and quietly look via app—works great for settling bets too.

Isn't the very definition of screwball over-the-top characterization involving a smart female challenging the male protagonist in both a battle of the sexes and class hierarchy? Because that's what happened in this one.

Maybe, but seeing Clint as a bureaucratic stuffed shirt wouldn't have worked nearly as well as Newman. That big stogie he's chomping on just works well for his demeanor.

Sure, sure, kid. I bet he did.

No Shlitt, really?

His words, not mine. I think he's just trying to convey there's hope for a season 2 even if it doesn't mean on TV. Likely a comics season 2 like other Whedon shows Buffy and Firefly.

That's funny—I said the exact same thing to my better half when the final shot happened. "Well, that was about as momentous as Winter Soldier's 'big' ending."

The only thing is, Hand gave Ward the gun—why would she have an ICER when there was basically only enough for the Bus crew to have in the first place?

Eh, I felt the same about the maneuvers Garrett's jet pulled, but I just chalked it up that it was probably an ultralight and could pull off those moves without affecting him too much.
And then I realized I gotta quit making excuses for the show.

Actually, from looking around on the web yesterday, it still hasn't been renewed for a season 2 yet. Jed's said they'd find a way to continue it, even if it means a Kickstarter campaign for a wrap-up movie.

I chalk the Well up more to bad writing; besides, I thought they actually revealed he was the brother at the top who was too afraid to stop his older brother from taunting his other brother trapped in the well.

Mostly because Garrett was his original CO in SHIELD, so it came as a shock to him since he wasn't privy to the reveal.

Someone here quoted an interview Feige gave when asked about it, and apparently AoS was told Winter Soldier's plot before the show started airing.

He dropped the computer in the deep fryer again!
