Yeah, just sucks that people in the Americas had to stay up until early Sunday morning in order to do nothing but wait for two hours before they canned it. Hopefully it won't happen again when they reschedule it. Many were quite upset. Here is to hoping for next time!
It sucks...I got an invite to the beta but didn't realise it until Friday and by then it was already filled. Oh well...maybe the next beta. I still look forward to punishment and frustration!

Just give me a FF with a great storyline, characters that do not irritate the hell out of me, an interesting setting, and gameplay that is familiar and RPGesque (still a fan of turn base and strategy). FFXV looks kinda promising but I will not hold my breath.

That may be true. I know if it were me, I would be pissed too. If I didn't get the response I wanted directly from the company and they for the most part ignored my claims, then I would definitely start the public bashing.
It's called taking care of it in a professional manner. I doubt that ND would give him the cold shoulder for calling them out on clearly using copy-written material and if they did, yes, go public with it. I just think he could have handled this better than how he did. Just a personal opinion, just like yours.

Dude...its a GAME. Its not real life. It would be like you judging me because I like sausage and pepperoni on my pizza but hate mushrooms and olives. I like my pizza a certain way, I like some of my game character a bit more masculine than one developer has done in the past.
