Why would they give you a brand new/different ipod for a "replacement" program? Any replacement program that I know of will only swap out the defective one with the same, defect free product. Its a good vision of just how greedy the consumers are though!
one thing i have noticed outside of the poor battery life compared to when i had my iPhone 4, is the fact that sometimes when i will be listening to music and pause it for an extended period of time, when i begin playing the music again, it sounds like crap and i generally have to restart the phone to get it to play…
