Any kid with a slight imagination and rich enough parents to buy him these such toys can do that. What's the big deal?

It appears to me that, if you take the square millimeter area of that ugly thing and then spread it across the top to make it more pleasing to the eye, you will end up with the same top bezel area as the Pixel 2xl. So yeah, that notch is just stupid engineering. 

“oh but you can hide the notch!" yeah, by creating virtual bezels--which defeats the supposed reason for the notch in the first place. How stupid is that? 

Because corruption. It's complicated really, it's not as simple as you think 

How do you propose to stop the ILLEGAL importation (i.e. Smuggling) of these cars then? 

My hate for the notch is more than my love for Pixel phone. So until they get rid of the former, they can shove all the latter up theirs

Why would you want to scroll through web pages and apps through the fingerprint scanner? You do it on the screen itself! The reason it only works for the notification panel is because the notification bar is too high up on the screen and it’s anonying to always reach for the top edge to access it. Scrolling web pages…
